When I began to feel fulfilled, I didn't need to fill my tummy anymore with food. I was full and filled by feeling fulfilled.
When I would go out, I was conscious of making better choices. So I made eating out work out for me to be healthier.
Everything is always a work in progress. I'm not looking for perfection here. I'm not looking to get to an "ideal" weight. But based on what the scale and my labs are saying, I definitely am committed to my health and committed to continuing to be active and to eat good foods.
